One Little Wrinkle

Lisa and I arrived in Princeton last Friday, the 13th (naturally) to move in to our campus apartment. As it turned out, we took one look at that place and decided we didn’t want to live there. It was dirty, dank, depressing, and not that cheap either. So we went back to the Housing office, got our security deposit back, and immediately started looking at local houses and apartments for rent. Luckily we found a 3BR townhouse just down the road that will be perfect for us. But we can’t move in until late September. This means we’ll have to stay with friends for the 1st 3 weeks of Millie’s school year, which may mean a little bit of a slower start for my writing process than i would’ve liked. But in the long run this will definitely be a good decision.
